Shipping policy

We offer free nationwide delivery on all of our shop listed items to addresses within mainland UK. 

Processing Times

For all larger handmade furniture items, please refer to the banner at the top of the page to see our current estimated leadtime for preparing items to leave the workshop. Some smaller items have a shorter lead time which is specified at checkout. 

For all other small homewares & gifts, we typically have a turnaround period of 1-3 business days.

Please note that lead times are an estimate and can vary subject to workload, supply chain capacity & component availability. 

Delivery

Where we cannot personally deliver our items, all of our larger items of furniture will be delivered fully assembled (unless arranged otherwise) using a 3rd party courier directly to your address. We will require a contact number and email address from you in order to arrange the delivery, which we will contact you to obtain. 

Our furniture is typically delivered using a one man, 3rd party delivery service, with all goods being blanket wrapped and secured within their van. Due to the nature of this service, the courier will require assistance with unloading the item(s) at your address and is based on ground floor to ground floor service. The courier will contact you directly around the time of collection to arrange the day & time of the delivery, as well as any other unloading/delivery arrangements.

Delivery for our larger items of furniture is typically within 1-3 days from the time your item(s) leave our workshop. 

All other medium to small items in our shop are packaged and shipped using one of the larger branded courier services, using their next day service wherever possible, otherwise delivery can typically take 2-4 business days.

For handmade furniture, we will keep you updated throughout the build process so that you remain advised on the date of completion/dispatch.

Collection

We welcome collections from our workshop in Aberdeenshire, please advise at the time of ordering if you would like to arrange this. 

When your order is ready for pickup, we will contact you to arrange a suitable time and date for collecting your item(s).
