Please note that due to the custom nature of our products at Cottage Two, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer refunds. Each piece of furniture is carefully crafted and tailored to your specific requirements, making it unique and personalised. We take great care to ensure your complete satisfaction with our work, and we encourage you to communicate any concerns or issues you may have so that we can address them promptly. We are committed to delivering exceptional quality and exceeding your expectations, and we appreciate your understanding of our no refund policy.
Deposits placed for bespoke items are non-refundable unless cancelled within 14 days of placing the order.
We stand behind the quality of our products at Cottage Two, and if an item arrives damaged, we are committed to resolving the issue. We accept returns on items that arrive damaged during shipping or due to a manufacturing defect. Please ensure that you check the item upon delivery and contact us immediately upon receipt of the damaged item, providing clear photos and a description of the damage. We will work diligently to arrange a return, replacement or full/partial refund of the item at no additional cost to you. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your trust in us to rectify any issues promptly.
Non-Custom Furniture/Goods
We offer returns on unused and undamaged products within 28 days of purchase. Should you find yourself needing to return an item, kindly note that the buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We kindly ask that you ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging to facilitate a smooth return process. Our aim is to ensure your complete satisfaction, and we appreciate your cooperation and understanding regarding our return policy. A full refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned item, minus any shipping costs.
